Story:

The three were laid out on the rocks afforded to them by the small island’s own volcanic formations millennia ago, but the rookie cursed that they couldn’t afford them something a little flatter like that of a table.  The downed women were rather uneven, all three with arms and legs at different elevations, one with their heads barely able to stay upright, and the other two with their heads arching far back simply due to the lack of resting room..  It made intel searching a little harder despite the easiness of removing everything from the waist up.  The fact they wore bikinis in some vain attempt to look less like proper guards bewildered Sandra, but it didn’t stop her from grinning a little devilishly at the three women lying prostrate on their backs, bare breasts exposed and the rookie copping a quick feel when the veteran wasn’t looking, not to mention even one kiss on the arched neck of the redhead.

“Awfully long way from home, don’t ya think?”

“Quiet, rookie.”

“Well look at them, likely from some part of Central Europe but all the way here in the South American islands?” Not completely ignoring her mentor’s advice, she paced her sentences in between crashing waves while her senior agent scoped the installation out with her compact binoculars, rifle slung over her back, “I mean, beautiful location for the COEM, but still a little away from their home locale?  You’d think with such idealistic, nationalist women they’d like their own turf…”

“UN SOCOM demands we take a look, so we take a look,” the veteran spoke of the special task force assigned to dealing with such criminal organizations, formed only ten years ago in the wake of the Johannesburg and Caracas terror incidents, not to mention the Vladivostok Incident, the hundreds of millions stolen from Shanghai five years ago, and the Stockholm bombings that saw a wave of anti-foreigner, anti-American, and anti-government attacks.

All of these were due to COEM, or Continental Organization towards European Militarization.  What was at first just a group of radicals turned into its own small army of European women dedicated to the cause of Europe’s “return to power” by any means necessary.   It was already spouting the common racial supremacy bit, but in the new age of information it grew also into a far more dangerous game that preached almost apocalyptic levels of purging.  Governmental and economic attempts to subvert the COEM were met with failure, so the UN Special Operations Command formed small, elite agent groups to infiltrate and expose.  Seeing how the COEM was ninety to ninety-five percent women, they had to recruit just the same.  The veteran, Michelle Durmeval, was a former SAS specialist out of Ramsgate, and in serving her already five years with the task force, a no-nonsense and by the books operative.  In the wake of this new mission, she was tasked with mentoring and training Sandra Decker, an American Army infantry scout and just fresh into the command at the tender age of twenty-three after a stint at the Schofield Barracks with the 25th Infantry Division, compared to Michelle’s thirty.

This wasn’t Michelle’s first takedown, nor was it her first mission against COEM.  She had expected early retirement after a handsome payment with what should have been critical mission successes that would cripple COEM.  Unfortunately, black market contacts that ran the gamut from North American militias, radical leftists, Russian politicians, and even Chinese business associates kept the organization alive.  For four years running they had managed to bounce back from the assassinations of two-thirds of their leadership to include their founder Majken Nilsson, her adjutant Rania Balcescu’s death by Michelle’s own hand.

Now here upon Cubagua off Venezuela, COEM had established a black ops post meant specifically for money laundering, electronic warfare, and supposedly even worse.  COEM had been able to set off a sarin gas attack, albeit not to the effect they wanted upon the European Commission during an annual meeting in The Hague, where only twenty died instead of the two-hundred they wanted, but they were successful in assassinating the EU’s President not to mention it was now confirmed they had attained chemical and even nuclear capabilities and threatened to strike anywhere.

So, naturally, Michelle was tasked to stake this island out and take Sandra with her not just for training purposes but for backup.  Night infiltration was no problem along with rendering the three sentries incapacitated.  Only one of them had some form of access ID that could grant them a doorway into the compound.

“Well…at least one of them was useful,” Sandra echoed Michelle’s thoughts,  “but what a shame over these young ladies…gotta be in their twenties like me.”

“They are in their twenties, just like you, rookie.”

“They should be working retail instead…”

“Yeah, well bollocks to that, they say.  COEM recruited a lot of the continent’s women from the disillusioned to the socialite.  The fact they’re this young, dumb, no offense, and naïve makes them even more dangerous.  Remember our mission in Sanaa?”

“I wish I didn’t.”
